| About Us EfficiTrends is owned and operated by Eric Veal and is based in Seattle, WA. Eric Veal Biography Eric was raised on on a small island in the San Juan Islands. Eric is the son of a fisherman-farmer-businessman father and a school teacher-artist-cook-author mother. Eric attended Western Washington University during undergraduate school and the University of Washington for graduate school, where he studied Business Administration, Information Systems, and Industrial Technology. Eric received Master of Science (MS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Foster Business School and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Since 1996, Eric's experience working with startup companies and Fortune 500 businesses including Siemens, Microsoft, and Norstrom make him uniquely qualified to solve some of the world's most challenging process and efficiency problems.
